Mobile Promotions Event Trailers and Structures provided logistics support and one of their bespoke tented structures to promote Textron Marine & Land Systems at the Defence Vehicle Dynamics (DVD) Show, held at Millbrook Proving Ground, Bedfordshire, earlier this summer.

Mobile Promotions provided Textron with a state of the art tented structure as a platform to support their showcase and demonstrate their rugged ASV combat vehicle. The structure provided 54 square metres of internal space and was ideally suited to provide a weather resistant covering, upon which display and graphic material could be added. The area was fitted with furniture, including a meeting area, carpeted flooring, electrical sockets, lighting and a drinks cooler.

With our vast experience of the venue from our long standing partnership with Millbrook, we provided one of our event organisers, John Barker, to manage the project planning, logistics and operation on site on behalf of US-based Textron Marine & Land Systems.

The ASV was air freighted from the USA especially for the event and MP’s team of specialist technicians used their knowledge and experience of the site to ensure it was showcased with professionalism.
