Mobile Promotions has worked with DaimlerChrysler
UK Limited and the Mercedes-Benz brand for many years,
and since 2002 has been responsible for the design and
production of a number of hospitality and exhibition
areas on their behalf at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The showroom environment showcased many of the company’s
most innovative car designs, inside a multi level temporary
structure at the Festival. We were involved with every
element of this area’s design, beginning with ensuring
location at the end of a main public thoroughfare to
ensure maximum footfall and exposure for the brand.
Our brief was to design the layout to maximise the
effect of the space and use it in such a way that the
cars would be presented in the least amount of floor
area, but to enhance their style, appeal and features.
We provided branded, fully trained and briefed event
staff to be the face of the brand, but also to be able
to talk with visitors about the cars with real and confident
product knowledge. A mobile event trailer was integrated
within the stand area to provide staff and invited guest
hospitality.
To complement the showroom display, we also produced
an exhibition structure in a special feature area within
the old country house stable block, installing a temporary
marquee with facilities to house a Mercedes-Benz feature
exhibition.
Our event management team supported Mercedes-Benz hospitality
for invited guests situated alongside the race-track,
as an integrated part of the whole event presentation.
